Common Shared Areas
Hamby House has common areas which are shared with other guests and the owners. The coffee bar is available at all times. Stroll the beautiful gardens and 5 acres of landscaped beauty.
Use of the kitchen for meal preparation is available for an additional fee,
Living room and dining room are available to guests. Ask about shared kitchen use.
2 Bedroom Suite with Private Bath and Private Entrance
Two side by side rooms accommodate 2 guests in 2 queen beds for $95 plus tax per night. There is an additional fee of $25/per person/ per night for more than 2 guests.
Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen supplies in the private kitchenette. There is an additional sink/vanity in the hall with the kitchenette.
The suite has a private bathroom with shower but no bath tub.
Guests have a private entrance with access to garden and patio area; also interior access to shared living room space.
Whole House Option
For situations to accommodate up to 8 guests we do rent the whole house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Minimum stay is one week. Call Charlene to discuss availability and pricing for this option. 541-390-3046
