About Us

Charlene and Jerry Schulz have been providing affordable housing options since 2011. Our primary purpose is to meet the needs of visitors from out of town who are in Bend due to a medical related situation. 

Bend has become a very popular tourist destination; particularly in the summer. Hotels and motels are often completely full. This can make it difficult for people arriving in Bend for a medical situation to find adequate housing. Although, we do not have a lot of rooms, we have helped many people over the past 12 years.

We have had guests stay with us for a single night or two and we have also had guests stay for several months. Unlike a hotel situation, we interact personally and frequently with our guests.
